My name is Amy, and I am a self-taught artist from Kent specialising in realistic animal art. I have always been creative, with have a passion for drawing and sketching. I've lived in Kent my whole life, and like many, adore wildlife. I have always been around animals and currently live with my partner, two children, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish and cat. It was therefore very natural for me to combine my passion for art with my love for animals.
My preferred medium is coloured pencils, and I spend a huge amount of time on the fine details of my artworks to create realism.

ABOUT MY ART
I take pride in my work, and use the highest quality materials. I use Fabercastell Polychromo’s, Caran d’ache Lightfast and Luminance pencils which will remain vibrant for a lifetime with the correct care. I vary the card I draw on depending on what subject I am drawing, always ensuring it too is of high quality.

I create original art focusing on wildlife, equine, and livestock subjects. I work with an exceptional local scanner and printing business to produce Giclee prints of my art. These are printed on archival card, with the best inkjet printers, meaning that your print will be true to the original drawing allowing you to see each pencil stroke.
